Hotel owners want great work and low prices. Hotel managers absolutely do not want their guests to be inconvenienced. Schoenfelder Renovations works with the managers to set up schedules to work around the guests.

On this project we set up containment areas to protect from dust. We remodeled the front desk area, breakfast area and offices. We moved several walls, removed and replaced the flooring, front desk, doors and frames. The hotel was open the entire time. The manager was delighted with how we worked around his needs and this led to more hotels.

Schoenfelder Renovations performed renovations in 22 states on more than 90 hotels. One of the key reasons that make us stand out is that each worker receives a 10% bonus if the hotel manager rates his experience, "Extremely Pleasing!" This incentive makes the installers care about the guests, hotel manager and the schedule. We consider this bonus our marketing budget. Extremely Pleased clients are great advertisements.



The interior remodel/light general contracting pictures were from a hotel where we replaced the ceramic tile, and carpet. We also moved several walls and installed a new front desk. The suspended ceiling was also renovated and painted to be consistent. All work was done while maintaining full occupancy.

Orlando Convention center we restored the roof and renovated the exterior by repairing the eifs, replacing the sealants and recoating. We had to use a 120' crane for much of the work.

In Tampa and Orlando, we removed old siding on 2 projects. We then replaced them with hardy siding panels. We then textured them to replicate eifs. From the 20' away, you couldn't tell the difference.
