The jobs available at Schoenfelder Painting fall into the following categories:

• Manager - Experienced Foreman recommended by his or her manager. Runs multiple crews, loses sleep, long hours, efficient.
  
  
• Salesperson - Generates leads, estimates, writes contracts and job sheets, handles clients
  
  
• Foreman - Competent spray tech, handles clients, sign offs, collects checks, hires, trains, pays crew, able to instill confidence in clients and painters
  
  
• Spray Tech - Competent, fast painter; can spray exterior, interior, enamels, varnishes, texturing
  
  
• Experienced Painter - No fear of heights, able to move large ladders, competent at enameling, refinishing, drywall repair, and takes pride in own work
  
  
• Entry Level Painter - Hard working, neat, punctual, high integrity, uses his or her head, responsible, supplies own tools
  

There are Unlimited Opportunities for those with ambition and integrity. Nobody gets paid for simply showing up. Anyone can be earning $1000 a week within the first year. Anyone with enough ambition and talent can be earning 6 figures in time.
